How Would We Consume Manuka Honey Throughout The Day?

Of course, it’s evident that all of us here are huge supporters of the benefits of manuka honey. Like you, we also love to reap its benefits! Here are some recommendations on how you might want to consume and use manuka honey throughout the day.

In the morning: Typically, I would have a glass of water in the morning, along with manuka honey and lemon added in. I would make a larger batch for my family as well. To do this, juice one lemon, 1 tablespoon of honey and 500 ml of warm water and stir thoroughly.

In the afternoon: Sometimes, I need a mid-day energy boost. Turning to manuka honey is one of the best ways to get that. Honey can be taken directly from the jar to enjoy its benefits. After a whole day of meetings and presentations, honey can also help to soothe any discomfort in the throat that I could be experiencing. I would take about a teaspoon or two to tide me through the day.

In the evening: After a long day, I enjoy taking the time to unwind and relax. One way I enjoy doing that is to take care of my skin. One way to do that is to make a DIY manuka honey face mask. Some benefits of using manuka honey on this skin include reducing inflamed acne, repairing skin, providing hydration, minimizing wrinkles and brightening skin.
