Ingredients

3 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions Mix ingredients together until fully integrated. Massage mixture into the scalp and roots. Leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse the mixture from the hair. Wash it thoroughly with shampoo. Ingredients

1 ripe avocado, mashed to a paste

½ cup honey

Instructions

Mix the ingredients until smooth in a bowl. Apply evenly all over the scalp & hair and let sit in the shower for 10 minutes. Rinse off the hair mask with cold water followed by a mild shampoo. Repeat at least once a week for the best effect.

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons aloe vera gel

2 tablespoons yoghurt

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Mix the ingredients until a smooth paste is obtained. Massage all over the hair, focusing, especially on the scalp. Let sit on the scalp for 10-20 minutes in the shower. Rinse it off with cold water, followed by a mild shampoo. Follow up with conditioner, such as the DIY one down below!

 

BONUS: Shea And Honey Deep Conditioner

Benefits

Use this hair conditioner as a follow-up after hair masks to seal in moisture. This deep conditioner is great after you’ve washed your hair with shampoo as well!

The honey and shea butter add moisture, while macadamia oil and olive oil seal in the moisture.

Ingredients

 1/4 cup Shea Moisture Raw Shea Butter, or any conditioner that has organic/raw shea butter as a base

2 teaspoon raw, organic honey

1 tablespoon cold-pressed macadamia oil

1 tablespoon extra-virgin cold-pressed olive oil

Instructions

In a small disposable bowl, mix all the ingredients until very smooth. Apply to hair and evenly distribute from roots to ends. Apply a plastic cap; let it sit in your hair for 30 min. Rinse hair in cool water to seal in all that moisture. Make sure that your water is cool.
