EBION Spring (White) Heather Honey
It is one of the most important apicultural plants, as it helps the bees to grow again after winter. A bush that can reach 4 metres high, it grows naturally in the mountains of Pindos-Epirus, far from cultivations. Bees gather its nectar, and create a flower honey of great taste and special aroma and nutritional value, very rich in vitamins. It is harvested between April and May if the weather (rainfall etc) permits it, depending on the winter. Its pollen is very tasty also, considered one of the most nutritious. It crystallizes soon after its collection, as all flower honey do naturally.
