Strawberry Tree honey has a pleasant aroma and incredible nutritional value, light cream color, and a strong bitter taste. Rich in elements and vitamins, stimulant for the bees (and humans), so they collect its nectar intensively.
It crystallizes soon after its harvest. It’s rare, collected in small quantities as it’s the closest harvest to the winter. A gourmet Honey of southern Europe, creamy, ideal for drinks and special recipes. The most sensitive of all EBION Greek honeys. Keep out of sunlight or extreme temperature changes, the ideal range is 50 to 65 degrees Fahrenheit and you can also refrigerate.
